At Hello Merch, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
